Art + guarantees that all pieces sold will include Certificates of Authenticity (COA) issued by the respective Artist or their estate. If the artist’s provenance cannot be provided, the Gallery will liaise with the buyer prior to completing the transaction.

If, at any time, a customer discovers that an artwork purchased from Art + is determined to be non-genuine or counterfeit, we offer a full refund of the purchase price. To qualify for the refund, the customer must provide clear and convincing evidence, such as a written statement from a recognized and qualified art expert or authentication authority, supporting the claim that the artwork is not genuine.

The following conditions apply to our Artwork Authenticity Guarantee:

• The request for a refund must be made within 30 of days from the date of receiving the artwork.
• The customer must submit a written statement from a qualified art expert or authentication authority, clearly stating that the artwork is non-genuine or counterfeit.
• The artwork must be returned in its original condition, with no alterations or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Art + reserves the right to independently verify the authenticity claim using its own experts.
• Upon approval of the authenticity claim and verification, Art + will issue a full refund of the purchase price to the customer’s original payment method within 15 days of receiving the returned artwork.

This Artwork Authenticity Guarantee is in addition to any other rights or remedies available to the customer under applicable laws and regulations. Art + reserves the right to update or modify this guarantee at any time. By making a purchase through Art + the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Artwork Authenticity Guarantee.”
